PPBA Golf Outing – Friday, July 28, 2017
The annual Scholarship and Legacy Foundation Golf Outing is scheduled for Friday, July 28 at the Detwiler Golf Course. All proceeds from the event will directly fund both foundations. This is the major annual fund-raising opportunity for both foundations
The cost for the scramble event is $90 per person, and includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, dinner, and Bonus Trail Pass good for 4 rounds of golf at Ottawa Park, South Toledo, Detwiler Park, and Collins Park. First Place Prize is $500 cash, and Second Place is $460 cash.
Registration is at 11:00 am for a 12:00 noon shotgun start. Dinner of prime rib, provided by Black Pearl, begins at 5:30 pm. If you don’t want to golf, you can still enjoy the prime rib dinner for only $25.
Create your own foursome or sign up individually.

The 13th Annual Mustard Seed Walk
Saturday, June 17, 2017
We will walk from Cullen Park @ 10 am to
Friendship Park Community Center
For a donation of $15 you will receive the
2017 Mustard Seed Walk T-Shirt.
A donation of $30 or more you will receive a T Shirt and your name or business name on the back of shirts.
Registration forms are available at Mustard Seed, Point Place Library, area churches and here
Deadline to register and receive a
T- Shirt is June 1, 2017.

Scholarships Available for High School Seniors
2017 Scholarships
For over 30 years the PPBA has awarded thousands of dollars in scholarships to high school seniors from the Point Place area. The Foundation was formed to raise money and accept donations for this purpose. A Golf Scramble held in September each year is the main fundraiser for the foundation.
The PPBA Scholarship Foundation does not discriminate regarding race, religion or gender. Members of the PPBA and their immediate families are not eligible for the scholarships. Students attending any high school or that are home schooled are eligible. Only residents residing in zip code 43611 will be considered.
